Richard A. Melde, MD, MBA, MDH, has over 30 years of experience in Emergency and Family Medicine.  He believes that personalized care is primary in helping his patients achieve their health goals.  As a partner in his patient's overall wellbeing, Dr. Melde's devotion to good health is the focus of his practice.  In addition to general medicine and Director of IntelliDerm Medical Spa, Dr. Melde specializes in Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement and Healthy Aging Medicine. 

Patty Melde, RN, BSN, MA
Head Nurse
Patty has over 30 years experience in the medical field and is the Aesthetic Director for IntelliDerm Medical Spa.  Patty has helped clients in achieving their goals in looking and feeling their best through medical aesthetics.  With her belief in creating an atmosphere of personalized service, focuses on offering safe and comfortable treatments.  Patty's techniques are well-developed, ensuring clients the utmost results.  She is an educator in the field, being showcased on News Channel 3 and teaching for a local laser aesthetics school.  

Cynthia Melde, MS
Nutritionist
Cynthia has a Master's Degree in Human Nutrition, with 4 years of experience in the health field.  As the Nutritionist for IntelliDerm Medical Spa, she helps her client’s look and feel their best through healthy eating strategies.  Her programs apply to real life living and go beyond traditional dieting, addressing sleep and stress imbalances.  To date, Cynthia has empowered numerous clients to make better lifestyle choices, helping them recover from debilitating conditions, such as fibromyalgia and diabetes.

Richelle graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 1999 with a Bachelor's in Psychology, Sociology and Women's Studies.  As the Director of Operations, Richelle is responsible to ensure quality, safety and efficacy in all operations.  Richelle strives to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction and to create the ultimate aesthetics experience to make your treatments with IntelliDerm Medical Spa exceptional.
